SHARP introduced its first Air purifiers equipped with Plasmacluster Ion Technology in September 2000, Sharp reached the first 1 crore user mark at the end of 2005, 3 crore users till in December 2010 and 4 crore by June 2012 registering the healthiest growth rate in the Air Treatment Industry worldwide.
